The warranty protects against the following items: Warping, discoloration, manufacturer material defects and install issues. In addition, they spent time getting to know our family and my kids really enjoyed helping Bert install our blinds and shutters. It made me smile when Bert offered them summer jobs when they turn 16. "HIGHLY recommended!!"

Wow, we love our Bloomin Blinds! We had been looking for motorized shades for our new home for a while, but found we either didn’t like the product offered or the prices were crazy. Bert came out for a consultation at our home and was very knowledgeable in his products. He sold us that day. We loved the color options and the price point was spot on. He worked with us to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We’ve had them for a few months now and LOVE them. The ones in our living room let in some light, while our bedroom/bathroom are black out. Bert came in and installed them on his own and didn’t leave until everything was set up and done right. We highly recommend this company if you’re looking for good quality, a great price, and a personable experience.

They were prompt, professional, and friendly (down to earth).

They checked all of our blinds and gave us many pointers on how to take care of them.

Then they fixed blinds that only needed to be fixed.

Please give them a ‘pat on the back’ for job well done and we will be recommending y’all to our friends.

"Hard to find this level of customer service anymore"
We installed 38 shades at our home about a year ago. Unfortunately there were some issues with the motors. Bert was fantastic. He worked through the issue with the manufacturer, ultimately resulting in replacement of all the motors. He truly went to battle for us when he could have just walked away. It is so hard to find people who embody this level of customer service anymore. I would highly recommend these guys. They truly believe in doing good work and creating happy customers, something that is hard to find and worth so much! Thank you Bert!

"It’s like adding another room!"

We had a fantastic experience. Bert was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The installers were great as well. We received a clear explanation of the entire process from initial quote to installation. The installers were extremely professional and cleaned up the site upon completion. They also took the time to explain how the system worked and ensured I was able to operate the system comfortably. I highly recommend them for your installation. It feels like we have another room!
